At Divine Draper Atelier, we value customer satisfaction and want you to love every purchase. Please review our return policy below:
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exclusions: Custom-made garments, altered items, undergarments, and accessories (such as hats, belts, and jewelry) are non-returnable.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp, call, or email with your order details.
- Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.
- Runner Service: For your convenience, returns and exchanges can be handled through our runner services (delivery fees may apply).
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will prioritize a replacement.
